One of Those Days
Some days you just don’t want to write, workout, or just plain move. You’ve had enough discouragement to last a lifetime, and your fires not burning today. Not even a little. No pilot light, nothing. You’re Closer Than You Think
Florence Chadwick was 44 when she got in the water to swim from the California coast to Catalina Island. It was a swim of 26 miles. As she began, all was well. Then thick fog set in and so did doubt.
